For many, Michael J. Saylor is a visionary — a role model with his strategy of using Bitcoin as a cash asset for businesses. Increasingly, pseudo-Bitcoiners are promoting Michael J. Saylor’s model at the expense of buying Bitcoin directly to take possession of its private keys. The general public is even starting to think that buying Strategy shares is a better option than buying Bitcoin. This is a monumental mistake, as I have already explained to you.

Despite all the positive views on his risky Bitcoin strategy, some are beginning to worry about his compulsive accumulation of Bitcoin. This logic is only accelerating thanks to the issuance of preferred shares, which is causing more and more specialists to panic.

Michael J. Saylor doesn't care and continues to announce a new BTC acquisition every Monday. This Monday, another acquisition of 10,100 BTC was announced:

However, don't think that this strategy is risk-free. According to American financier James Chanos, you would have to be “crazy” to buy what he describes as “financial gibberish” surrounding Strategy's Bitcoin.

In the following, I will explain once again why buying Strategy's preferred shares instead of Bitcoin makes no sense.
