To succeed in life, you must wake up every morning with the will to do better than the day before. It is a necessity to have this motivation every day to achieve your most ambitious goals.
Many people understand this and therefore decide to set up a routine in their life to automate everything that is recurrent to be able to fully concentrate on the tasks that add the most value to their life.
This is a good thing. I would never tell you otherwise.
However, there comes a time when you may get tired of this routine and feel that you have become a kind of robot that is relentlessly pursuing its goals. This problem is often seen in people who think that only success will make them happy and forget that it is the path to success that is most enjoyable in life.
Success will not make you happy and fulfilled in itself.
It is the path you take to get there that will make you happy or not. It all depends on your attitude. In my opinion, the right attitude to adopt to enjoy this path is to give more meaning to your life.
You need to define clear and precise goals that give real meaning to all your actions. With a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you will also have a clear vision of why you are making all these efforts every day.
To this, you should add three practices in your life that will differentiate you from robots. Unlike robots, you have feelings and emotions. You must therefore take the time to accept and enjoy them.
In your daily life, this translates into these three practices:
Breathing. You're going to tell me that you're already breathing. Yes, everyone breathes. However, very few people take the time to breathe the right way to relax and not feel anxious. Learning to breathe with your belly will change your life for the better. It will allow you to live a less stressful life in the long run.
Gratitude. When I talk about gratitude, many people tell me that it is overrated. I always tell them that all they have to do is try to be grateful every day for 30 days. They will see what it does for their lives. Appreciating what life has already given you is essential to feeling happy and fulfilled.
Meditation. Finally, meditation is just an extension of the belly breathing exercises I advised you to do. It will help you to feel better about the world you live in.

It is by learning to appreciate what you have, but also the world you live in, that you will be able to fully appreciate the wonderful journey of life.
By feeling better about the world you live in, you will also be able to build your confidence. It's a whole and each element will strengthen the other to enable you to live a better and more meaningful life. You won't be one of those poor unfortunates who wake up at 50 and wonder what they did with their lives.
You will be aware of everything and more alive than ever. So this is something we all need to do.
